Cancellation & Refund Policy

At London Berry Clothing, we believe in delivering not just quality fashion, but also quality service. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ve designed our Cancellation & Refund Policy to be transparent, simple, and fair for all our customers.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is successfully placed on our website, it goes into processing almost immediately. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.

✅ Cancellation Before Dispatch:

• You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been packed or dispatched.
• To cancel, simply call or WhatsApp us at 8882011086 with your order ID.

❌ Cancellation After Dispatch:

• Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
• You can still request a return after delivery (based on our return conditions below).

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer hassle-free returns & exchanges on all eligible products.

You can request a return or exchange if:

• You received a wrong item.
• The product is damaged or defective.
• You received a different size than ordered.

Conditions:

• Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
• The item will be picked up from your doorstep via our logistics partner.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and verified by our team:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
• For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be asked to provide a UPI ID or bank details for refund processing.

💡 Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault from our side.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return/exchange:

• Innerwear
• Socks
• Final Sale or Clearance Items (marked as “Non-returnable”)
